Frequently asked questions

  • A holistic clinical nutritionist takes a deep dive into you - looking at your health history, symptoms, food and lifestyle choices, and family history. Utilising functional lab testing and evidence-based natural medicine, to find answers to your health issues and to optimise your health and wellbeing. Read more here.

  • Feel free to send me an email or message through the contact page for current prices and information about working together.

A deposit of $50 is required upon booking an appointment and an appointment is not secure prior to this payment. (Deposit is not required for ‘Complimentary Chat’ bookings.)

  • The beauty of working with a holistic practitioner who prioritises individualised healthcare is they understand that everyone is unique in their own way, therefore, depending on the person, amount of appointments may vary. My goal is to educate and empower you with the knowledge and skills to take control of your own health and to ultimately make my role redundant. That being said, there is no magic pill or quick fix when it comes to longterm, optimised health. To put more simply, one appointment alone cannot fix years of ignored symptoms and misguided health choices. If you’re looking for guidance around pathology testing or supplements, I offer one off short appointments. Please note, a treatment plan cannot be provided during these appointments. Read more here.

  • Food is medicine and food guidance and interventions will always be prioritised, however, in the initial stages of healing supplement support can be indicated. I will only recommend supplements that are absolutely necessary and will always give my best recommendation for quality, therapeutic grade supplements. If you would prefer not to take supplements or would like alternative options, this can be discussed during the consultation process.

  • Feeling good shouldn’t cost the Earth and everyone should have access to equitable healthcare. If you are budget conscious please communicate this during the consultation process and I will happily accommodate your needs. Additionally, if your circumstances change at any time please let me know via email.

  • Some health funds do offer rebates for consultations with a nutritionist. Check with your provider to see if you qualify or send me an email or message for more info.

  • I understand that your time and energy are valuable, therefore I appreciate your mutual respect for my time, as well as my other clients. Life is busy so if you need to reschedule an appointment, email me at your earliest convenience and another date can be arranged.

Cancellations or reschedules within a 24 hour period may incur a fee. Failure to attend an appointment may also incur a fee. Deposits paid for appointments will be forfeited in cases of late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment.
